CMT EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Sherman has over 32 years experience performing project management, inspection, quality assurance/quality control, and resident project representative services. He has worked with and for owners, tenants, consultants, and contractors. The diversity of his past projects includes site development, transportation, environmental, marine, and heavy industrial plant construction. He has performed these services primarily in the Gulf Coast region.

Before joining AEC, Mr. Sherman was self employed as Sherman Construction Inspectors, Pasadena, TX where he provided third party quality assurance and coordination for APM Terminals at the Port of Houston Barbours Cut Terminal.

Mr. Sherman has performed various Construction Management, Inspection, and Construction Materials Testing duties in and around the Houston area since 1984 with a proven track record of excellence.

As the Lead Inspector and Project Manager for AEC, Mr. Sherman schedules testing services, and coordinates with clients and contractors to ensure project testing and inspection requirements are achieved. Mr. Sherman has performed rebar inspections, quantity takeoff and preparation of proposals, as well as field testing on an as needed basis.
