EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Louderback has been an environmental professional since 1972 and has over 20
years comprehensive multi-discipline environmental project management experience
in the Texas Gulf Coast Region and the western U.S. His project
management experience has varied from major multi-million dollar federal
environmental programs to concurrent management of multiple small projects.
He has been responsible for environmental
baseline studies, site investigations, environmental site assessments,
operational monitoring, environmental compliance reviews, site remediation and
surface reclamation, and litigation support programs. He has successfully
managed preparation of Environmental Assessments (EAs) and associated Findings
of No Significant Impact (FONSIs), and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs)
and associated Records of Decision (RODs) in compliance with NEPA. His
experience includes prepararation of numerous environmental permit applications
involving air quality, water quality, wetlands, and other natural resources, and
negotiatiating permit requirements and compliance issues with numerous
regulatory agencies. Mr. Louderback has developed and directed environmental
project management training programs, and has significant environmental project
management auditing and quality assurance experience.
